About Heather
I’m Heather Ayers-Cluff, LCSW—a clinician, educator, supervisor, consultant, and CAMFT-approved CE provider with 15+ years of experience across healthcare, child welfare, school-based mental health, private practice, and higher education.
I’ve spent my career helping clinicians navigate the parts of clinical work that are complex, high-stakes, and often difficult to learn from a textbook.
Now I bring that experience directly to group practices through practical training, thoughtful consultation, and intentional clinician development.
