    Clinical Training + Continuing Education

Your clinicians need more than onboarding and an occasional CE course. I provide practical, ongoing training based on the real situations your team is facing—high-risk cases, mandated reporting, documentation, boundaries, crisis response, and more. The goal is to help clinicians feel more prepared, more confident, and better equipped to make sound clinical decisions.

    High-Risk Case Consultation

Your team needs somewhere to bring the cases that feel complicated, high-risk, or unclear. Regular case consultation gives clinicians a structured place to slow down, think through clinical decisions, ask questions, and get support before concerns escalate. That means fewer situations landing on your desk at the last minute—and more confident clinicians handling complexity with appropriate support.

    Supervisor Support

Supervisors are often expected to support everyone else while getting very little support themselves. I provide consultation for supervisors so they have a place to work through difficult cases, supervisee concerns, clinical decision-making, boundaries, and the challenges that come with helping developing clinicians grow. Supporting your supervisors strengthens the entire clinical team.

    Clinician Development

Strong clinicians are built over time. I help identify skill gaps and create opportunities for continued growth so your therapists aren’t left trying to figure everything out through trial and error. With intentional clinician development, your team feels invested in, supported, and more confident in their work—helping you create a practice where great clinicians want to stay.

    Onboarding + Clinical Foundations

New clinicians shouldn’t have to learn your practice’s clinical expectations after something goes wrong. I help strengthen onboarding around the areas clinicians need to understand from the beginning, including safety assessment, mandated reporting, documentation, crisis procedures, clinical expectations, and knowing when and how to ask for support. Clear expectations from day one create more confident clinicians and more consistency across your practice.

    Leadership Partnership

You know your practice better than anyone. My role is not to come in and take over—it is to become a trusted clinical partner who helps you think strategically about what your team needs next. Together, we can identify emerging concerns, strengthen clinical systems, prioritize training, and create a more sustainable approach to supporting your clinicians. You lead the practice. I support clinical development.
